How much does a Progressive Insurance Claims Adjuster Trainee Start at?

What just browsing, and came across a decent amount of Progressive Claims Adjuster Trainee job postings; however, they don’t list a starting pay. Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on this?

There is a reason there are a ton of those jobs. The turn over rate is huge. It is a very demanding and stressful job many people don't last very long. The usual starting pay should be high 20's low 30's with good benefits.
