My brother just graduated in June and is currently waiting tables. What sort of job employers would be looking to hire him?
I am seriously thinking about going back to school and was wondering if you all could help me think of jobs an anthropologist major might qualify for, outside of teaching?
What job fields are there or are there any helpfull websites?
Im in secondary school and Im very good at history ,I even got a History prise at the end of the year and i got the best gradees possible at my report card.Im wondering what good jobs need history.
I am currently drawing unemployment and was interested in going to school part time and also have a part time job. I know if I make under 40 hours a week I could probably get the difference in unemployment benefits. But I don't want to get cut off if I try to go to school too.
I thought you could only be one... But she gets patients, attends surgeries, and is also an administrator or dean of medicine. Is that the same things?
I'm really thinking about doing economics as my undergrad, just to get a base in something business related. Actual health administrators' opinions are welcome!
I have taken classes in Desktop Publisher, FrontPage, Access, Word, QuickBooks Pro, PowerPoint, Visual Basic,Data Entry, plus 4 Accounting classes including Payroll. I just need some ideas because I would like to work in all areas that take creativity and imagination. I have also had 15 years of cashiering but due to surgeries I can no longer stand on my feet for that job.
Thanks in advance for your ideas.
Also, what kind of salary could one expect with these qualifications?
Is there like a website where I can check all this?
I have witnessed employees with excellent job performance fired over those who spend work time socializing with management.
My husband currently makes only $24,000 a year and I feel like this is way too low and he could be doing alot better. He is an insurance processor for a third party administrator, and is the only one who does his job. What do you make if you are in the age range, and what is your position/career? I am curious how we compare with others our age and what potential careers my DH could go into to make more money.
I should add that we live in Lansing, I work as well (Sales Assistant), we both have B.S. degrees from MSU, however not working in the degree field.
I'm currently doing some research on the internet but was hoping to hear from some people who have had their own home cleaning business. I'm currently looking into beginning my own home cleaning business (somewhat as a side job as I have a part time job) and was looking to see if anyone had any pointers, suggestions, things to watch and be prepared for etc. I'm also slightly confused on approximate costs per home/room etc (which I will check prices for my area), so if anyone has some input it would be greatly appreciated!
For any english degree like literature or creative writing?
And im looking for answers other than being a teacher.
What jobs can that give me?
Again, besides teaching at a school,(unless at a University i guess)
I intially took this degree in the hopes of getting into medical school, but did not get accepted anywhere. Can this degree still be applied to to getting a job as a healthcare administrator. Or any career in healthcare management?
What can you do with a Bachelors degree in Psychology?
And what can you do with a Doctorate Degree in Psychology?
Please answer both questions.
I'm planning on being a history major when I go to college and I'm wondering what I can do with that. I know teaching is an option, but I'm not sure if I want to go into that yet. I'm interested in maybe working in a museum and was wondering what else I would need to do that. Any suggestions? Thanks.
I will be 40 in a few months and have been working in an administrative field for over 20 years. In the last few years I've had aspirations of going back to school to obtain a Funeral Director's license. These two fields are comparitively very different. What results did you have when you made the change? Do you have regrets?
Not so sure, what do you think?
