Okay, I recently completed and submitted my screenplay to a few agents--only one responded and she was really welcoming and responding. I barely read her response yesterday night and she had asked me to delete/cross out the camera actions listed in my 156 page screenplay. She said it was the directors job but I was extremely satisfied with the camera actions/movements that I listed. Why do the directors get to call the shots?

I really want to teach high school, but it's not exactly a bread-winning job. I understand that money should not be the main focus, so please do not answer with a preach session about intrinsic ethics and morale. I am also interested in being an art director, because the job description looks pretty cool and the salary is actually pretty nice. How much does an art director invest his time throughout a usual work day, and is there any possibility that I could be a high school teacher simultaneously?

I have 4 people working under me. My supervisor, who is a director, wants me to give one of my employers a final warning. I disagree with his decision, because that employer has never received an oral warning. My employer has not finished a lots of paperwork but caught up very fast when I asked her today. We have a new director, who no one fond of. I always thought that it is a director's job to write off people. Not sure what to do.

I am sitting in class with an english teacher that doesn't know what she is talking about. There was a sentence "Our Director of Human Resources felt, nevertheless, that the applicant should be given an interview". She stated that Director shouldn't be capitalized because it's not a job title and Human Resources also shouldn't be capitalized. I personally think that a Director is a job title and Human Resources should be capitalized as well.
