Is it really that hard to implement SAP?If it is,what's the difficulties in it? and what's the toughest part? I don't think it is hard to learn, and the market is driven by supply and demand.Maybe there are a lot of people who are learning it or once learned it,but why they didn't make it to be an SAP professional?

The SAP market is a tough market for consultants : You need at least 3 years of relevant SAP experience to get any project. A SAP fresher (no experience) will not find a job because he is a fresher. So what tip can you give him to find a job ? Maybe to join a community like SAP SDN ?
