 | Obviously, there are "traditional" jobs for people graduating with a BA in Computer Science, such as jobs as a software engineer. I'm wondering - what types of "non-traditional" jobs are there for Computer Science BAs willing to get a graduate degree, either in computer science or another field?

 | I've always had a gift for math, and I enjoy hands on activities, particularly when it comes to computers. I also have a gift for graphic designing in many of my computer classes. So my question would be, are there any jobs out there that would appeal to a computer loving math genius? I really love the quote, "If you love your job, you never work a day a your life", and I would like to aim for that ideology.
I've also heard that computer programming involves nothing but writing lines of code. Is this true? If so, that's not a path I want to take.

 | Ok, so I graduated 3 years ago from college with a B.S. Computer Engineering, though right now I'm working as a Workforce specialist in a call center company, what job would be a better option which can also lead to better career growth, I don't mind if the pay's lower. Please help, I'm going to make life changing decisions this year for my new baby boy.

 | COMPANIES OR AGENCIES...
What is the best company or agency to register with for a top job?
I'm trying to find out for my brother. He is highly experienced and ex Cambridge. Has designed programmes for nuclear power and for anti-radar. His current firm aren't really the best payers!
To 'Coffee'
No one said 'easy'. He's a genius at the areas he's in but wouldn't mind changing. Thanks for your thoughts, although it appears you can't have read the whole question. Many thanks nevertheless.

 | I want a job in the IT industry but there are so many jobs in the IT sector that are available (eg. software engineer/developer/designer, video game designer/developer ect.) I enjoy working on a computer but i dont know what any of these jobs entails.
For example, I feel like I would enjoy being a software developer, i know that the job is to create programmes for computers but i dont know what work is involved in actually creating them.
basically I want to know what my work as a: software developer, engineer, programmer would involve?
