 | I used to do some web programming.. I was really good at html, css, javascript.. Unfortunately I didn't take time to learn PHP.
So I know it's a very competetive business and that there's a lot of web programmers who do it extremely cheap.
Where is the best place to find some really cheap programmers but who still make a solid and good-looking job?

 | I'm really into the software side of IT and I'm wondering what the name of the job is where I can create web or desktop applications. I have a Job Guide Book and skimmed through to find all the jobs relating to IT. Out of: an IT analyst and an IT programmer, which job is the one that I should aim for. Also, could someone briefly explain the difference between an analyst and a programmer?
Thanks in advanced!

Also, are these considered "equivalents" if I were to apply for a job that required a CS degree or equivalent?
Thanks.
