3 yrs ago i was convicted of misdemeanor theft at the age of 15. I am now 18 with a 2 yr old and a fiance. Ive been applying for warehouse jobs to no avail. I am currently waiting on the background check from a warehouse for the position of order selector. The company has zero tolerance for felonies but im not sure about misdemeanors. Could my prior cinviction cause them not to hire me?

BQ: Should he be tried in the middle order? BQ2: What's the reason of his being out of form for so long? Is it because his hand eye coordination has slowed down? Or his lack of footwork is what bowlers are taking advantage of?

Is he injured or the selectors think he's just a test material? IMO, he's one of the best wicketkeeper batsmen among the current players. BQ) And why's Bopara even in the squad? How many opportunities is he going to get? Isn't Luke Wright better than him? At least, the latter deserves a chance once again. Bopara's been a total waste. How do you rate Alex Wales?

Is there a way to control what shows up in the "about" box on Facebook timeline? Right now mine shows my job, school, current city and hometown.. in that order. I'd like to get rid of the job and have my birthday show up instead.

* Strategy Sri Lanka - Is there any chance of Jayasuriya batting in the middle order? I think Sangakara should bat at number 3 most of the times & Chamara Silva should be sent earlier when Sri Lanka loses some early wickets. Attapattu should be back in the test side & if he is fully fit then also in the one-day team. That lefty Perera should be given a chance again. Mahela should stop playing too aggressively. I think he should play his natural game. I have noticed,he has started playing too many shots. Another thing, Lankans players should stop acting too nicely to their opponents, specially Australia. If un want to beat them, you must show some aggression to them on field * India's strategy - Play Sreesanth as much as u can against Australia. Tall guy, V.R.V Singjh should be selected for the test series. Dhoni & Yuvi shud bat at #3 in odi cricket. We shud play with two spinners against Australia in both test & odi matches. Sree should use bouncers more often against Australia India should persist with Ganguly - Sachin pair in odi's & they shuold be careful in the running between the wickets department. Don't lose too many wickets against Australia in the first 20 overs. Aussies tend to give away a lot of runs in the middle & final overs so wait for the final overs. Bring back VVS L;axman because he plays best against Australia. Irfan Pathan should use the new ball in both one day & test cricket. Improve running between the wickets. And they should be aggressive because aggression tease Australian cricketers. It's showtime for our cricketers. They need to take the challenge & perform, otherwise they will be engulfed by Aussies

I am just curious about moving permanently from the United States to the United Kingdom. Does anyone have advice about it? Preferably what is required to move, any major differences I should be aware of, if the UK accepts US college or university degrees, and the citizenship outlook from now to somewhere about ten years in the future? And of course anything else you may want to add would be greatly appreciated. Would being a pilot or photographer help as well?

His form has been very average of late, his technique is abysmal and the poms have his number. Hilditch needs to be sacked immediately, do you agree? @Moorthy - No more chances! he was dropped in the Ashes in England and told to change his technique and he did not. He is not an openers back side and it is obvious. It would be like me telling your lot to stick with Jadeja

That way it would be peoples choice and everybody would be happy, you can just sit at home with your bucket of KFC in one hand and a beer in the other, you call 1-800-SELECT and a voice asks you to press 1 if you want Katich to open, press 2 if you want Hughes, etc., press 8 if you think North should be dropped, press 5 to play 2 spinners, press 3 to move Watson down to bat at 6, etc.?

I'm looking to build a kit guitar this summer for fun. So far my favorite one has been the Saga HT-10. I was wondering if me, being a 13 year old boy who's never built a guitar kit before and doesn't have experience with tools or electronics, would be able to assemble it with not too much difficulty. I know it won't be just sliding in the parts, but I'm just wondering if it's in my ability to do it. Norm Jones, do you know of any other kits that would be easier to build for me? Norm, what do you think about the Saga TC-10

In Brad Hodge, I see a man with immense talent. To be honest, I really love seeing this guy bat when he is in full flow. That double century in tests was simply sensational. But somehow, he hasnt actually made the most of his opportunities & has been getting out cheaply a lot more than you would like. What's your opinion about him? Should he given more chances?
