I have heard how they are not well trained and will hire almost anyone. Schedulers rarely have jobs (stable posts) for Officers and do LESS work than Human Resources Personnel meaning they pretend to work but are lazy. Sergeants do the work of Lieutenants and Captains without the pay just the responsibilities. That Human Resources Managers and Low-Level Security Officers are under-trained, Under-Employed, Under-Paid with almost no opportunity fro promotion and rarely get a pay-raise even after passing the probationary period. Also get no over-time pay; they begin early and go home late. They equipment is not in the best conditions. People who make money are from Contract/Facility Managers and up the ladder of management. Is the Service Employment International Union, http://www.seiu.org/ , a group of liars.- http://www.unionfacts.com/ What happens to Security Officers that tell the truth about real working conditions and become Whistle Blowers? National Whistleblower Center P.O. Box 3768 Washington, DC 20027 202-342-1903; Fax 202-342-1904 Email us at contact@whistleblowers.org Website http://www.whistleblowers.org/ All companies offer retirement packages for management only and not all managers get a bonus. Pay raises are almost non-existent.

I think I will be called for a face to face interview following a phone interview last week. I am almost 6 months pregnant and I am showing a bit. I want to be upfront when scheduling the f2f, so none of the f2f interviewers get a "surprise," when I walk in for the interview. How do I bring this up in the telephone call with the HR scheduler?

I'm 19, have absolutely no job experience or references. I want to apply to Disney in Anaheim, Ca but I'm also a college student so it would have to be part time. I was wondering when is the best time to apply for a Disney job. I'm allowed to apply only once in six months so I want to choose wisely. Is it best to work in the summer? If so exactly around what month should I go>?

I'm a teen with one more year to go at high school, then am shipping off to med-school. I'll get as full a scholarship as I can for as long as I can, to save money, but most scholarships don't let you work while on them, so they know you're studying. However if I do survive scholarships and student loans, when I graduate from med-school as a G.P. (my chosen career) I'll be about 30. If I get as many scholarships as possible, I'll be 30 with no work experience, only training. Plus to get the scholarships, work experience would look good. So work in a hospital would be good for me. What kind of job could a teen apply for in a hospital which would look good on my application for scholarships? I know that, I have looked up the requirements. I was asking more as something to help me get the initial scholarship, that comment was more a humourous thought.

I am a gasoline/distillate scheduler and have only found job openings involving liquid natural gas. My understanding of the job descriptions is that the duties are almost same as those I have experience with. However, I haven't been given an opportunity for these positions because I do not have experience with this specific product. I am looking for the best way to learn and make myself more marketable.

Regarding the first answer....I forgot to mention that I want to remain ANONYMOUS on the site I am searching for. I would NEVER discuss someone's personal info or use their names.
