 | I have heard of a hvac company where the employees are union. What exactly does that mean, like who do they work for really? and why does the company have union workers if they dont have to? I mean it raises the cost and union workers tend to have a different approach to thier work that seems to be unfavorable to everyone but them, including thier wages, as i already mentioned. Its like a double whammy, they take too many breaks and they cost more to have on the job...?

 | I have a STRONG need for Shipfitters.AND I need pipefitters, electricians, welders (of all types) millwrights, shipwrights, boilermakers, shet metal mechanics. I have a bunch of positions open and I know there are tons of people who need jobs out there. I've posted ads locally and I have a lot of people who have come from far and wide to work, but it seems like the more people I provide the more workers we need. Any suggestions? I'm afraid people are going to start canceling their orders if I dont get some more workers. Can you give me a little help PLEASE? Oh and anyone have a good definition for Orbital WELDER? I dont know how to desribe it because this is the first time I have needed one.

 | I've looking for a while to work somewhere where I can do basic physical labor. I'm talking digging holes, fixing roads, mining, anything. I'm just tired of being a cashier or a waiter. Problem is most people don't advertise to fill those positions. So I am a little stuck on where to go.
I live in Georgia but I am free to move whenever if you know a specific place.
