Hello. I was wondering how long would it take to become an engineer for vehicles like cars and planes in the United States Air Force. I come from a poor family and I am willing to serve in the USAF in order to pay off my college tuition and help out my family but most importantly because I want to become a man and become a good role model for brothers and friends and family. Anyways I am not the smartest guy around but i am not dumb, I was never good at math and I had a hard time getting good grades on test. I am very willing to put in hard work and long hours of studying in order to become a successful engineer as i am currently 18 years old and a high school graduate. I believe that I CAN and WILL pull this off but Anyways How long would it take to become an engineer in the USAF for vehicles like cars and planes from when you start off after boot camp. Please help me and what would you reccomend as a job i do in the USAF while studying to become a mechanical engineer. i need some info on what is a good job to have while studying. for example Security forces or pharmacy specialist, health care services management, medical material specialist, HVAC, and what is intelligence? how is that like? if you can please answer my questions and provide extra information that would be greatly appreciated & please dont be a let down or a jackass thank you

I have seen countless ads for 'work from home' jobs that claim you'll be earning thousands of dollars per month, but when I look into them, I see that they require me to give THEM a couple hundred dollars before I even start! Something about 'the cost of start-up materials' or something...? I don't have any money to risk like that, but need to work from home while I care for my elderly grandmother. I have a marketing degree and am very comfortable with the Internet and Microsoft Office. I can type 83WPM too, so any sort of data entry/clerical/support specialist job would be perfect. If it matters, I live on the Jersey Shore. Any suggestions? And no, I'm not kidding. Most of the work-from-home jobs listed on Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, and craigslist.org ALL require an investment up front. Thanks.

I am 18 years old and a high school graduate willing to put long hours of studying and hard work and determination in order to gain experience in learning how to become an engineer while serving in the USAF. I am planning on joining the Air force, I have no college experience since I do not have money for college. I come from a poor family and I am willing to serve in the USAF in order to pay off my college tuition and help out my family but most importantly because I want to become a man and become a good role model for brothers and friends and family. I am very willing to put in hard work and long hours of studying in order to become a successful engineer as i am currently 18 years old and a high school graduate. Please dont tell me i cant do it either because no matter what you tell me i am still going to try to become an engineer. if you are going to be a let down please do not even comment at all. I want to know if i can go to school in the air force to learn how to become an engineer there while i am serving. is that possible and how? would i just do my job on whatever i am assigned on and be able to go to school and study on how to become an engineer? please be specific, dont bother answering if your going to state something stupid or try and bring me down. I believe that I CAN and WILL pull this off but Anyways How long would it take to learn and engineer while serving in the USAF for vehicles like cars and planes from when you start off after boot camp. I really want to travel to European and Asian countries as part of my job, and live there for like a few years or something, because I love getting to know other cultures. I want to be able to make a decent living, too, so by the time I;m 30 I have a stable career and can have a family. I'm thinking like artist or diplomat or something, but does anyone have any other jobs that would work?

I have been out of college for about two years now and have worked a lot of random jobs like receptionist, gym member specialist, personal home cook, etc... -the kinds of jobs I don't need a degree for. I graduated with a degree that is probably more geared toward consulting than a skill related field. What other kinds of jobs should I apply for? My local junior college offers a certificate of completion program for computer programming specialist. You get a certificate, just like you would say if you were a pharmacy tech. Its a 16-17 unit coarse. What kind of jobs could you get with something like this? Where in California do you think i would have to move or commute to this kind of job? The good thing is that I'll get this certificate before i even get an AS in Comp Sci. Sooo i might as well get it right?
