I am currently a member of a Toastmasters club on a college campus. We are a small group of 10-13 but 7 of us come regularly. I want to get the word out to invite more people to our club. I have the sources (radio station, fliers, etc) but I want the invitation/fliers/radio ad to appeal to the people on and off campus, especially to the young folks. Any idea what I can say in the ads or how to do it?

The SAP market is a tough market for consultants : You need at least 3 years of relevant SAP experience to get any project. A SAP fresher (no experience) will not find a job because he is a fresher. So what tip can you give him to find a job ? Maybe to join a community like SAP SDN ?

I've bounced around from different majors and have not found one I truly enjoy. I have studied Industrial Engineering but the calc was to tough for me. I studied Management Information Systems but did not enjoy drawing ERD's. I'm now looking into becoming a Substation Electrician because I can not afford to continue to go to college knowing that I may not find something of interest to me and if I do find something it may not pay the salary I am looking for. I know that Substation Electricians are paid well in my area and they also have good benefits and retirement plans. I was wanting to know if you enjoyed your job as a substation electrician, if you do not, why do you not like it?

Rich people are always complaining about their taxes being so high and the poors taxes so low. Would they want to switch jobs with the poor? That way they would have to pay very little taxes. The poor would then have to pay those horrible high rates.

I joined this company (sales and marketing department in a electronics factory) as Sales and Marketing department manager. Since this is my first job to be a department manager and I didn't study business management (I was major in liberal arts), I worked very hard. However, I don't know how I can make my staff respect me from their hearts and work their best in their job so that the whole department can show obvious improvement. Today, 2 staff had big argument in front of me and I yelled at both of them to stop arguing in public and if they want to argue, please go to a conference room. I think I made a bad judgement by yelling at them like that. Also, Do you think they do not respect me? Please help!

I've recently sparked an interest in acting within the last 2 months, and I'm looking to really pursue it. I've been acting out movie scripts on my own, and I really enjoy it, and I also seem to do a good job with it considering I've had no prior experience. How can I get started? I've been with one of those marketing/talent agencies in the past and I think thy practically ripped me off, they stopped calling me for casting calls for modeling and acting after a year, meanwhile the contract was for 3. It was Interface Talent Network, but the way. I'm a 16 year old girl, and I feel like I'm getting a late start, right?

I am about to register for a Medical Assisting course that begins in four months at a CAAHEP accredited school. One thing I am concerned about is being able to find a job once I get certified. I discussed this with the school but, of course, they assure me the market isn't saturated in our area. I have been watching various job cites for openings and have seen there aren't many but it is possible that employers simply do not use these. There may be specific cites for medical job openings like there are for dental workers. What is the best way to find out? I do not want to call doctor's offices and ask, that seems silly and inconvenient for them. I simply want to know about my specific area.

I am also willing to learn Swedish (Svenska) before I go. How much experience do you need to find a job, will my degree help me over there, and exactly what do I need to do to move to and gain citizenship in Sweden? I love Sweden so much
