Sales and Marketing Director Job Questions & Answers

I need to write sample documents of this career and was wondering what type of documents marketing directors/managers have to write during their job? I'm in a college English class so any type of writing will do (Emails, Proposals, Etc). I am specifically looking for the types of writing done by marketing directors/managers in the nightlife and entertainment industry (nightclubs/restaurants in bigger cities) Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am applying for a job in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia within a hotel chain as a Sales and Marketing Director. Could someone tell me what I should expect salary wise? I have no idea what is the going market rate and don't want to be done over and work for peanuts! If you have any links online you could direct me too as well that would be great. Thanks! I'd rather not say who it is with but it's one of the big chains.

I work for a ambulance company that is having problems. First, our marketing director tried to sink the company because he has personal differences with the owner (she wouldnt let him run the company his way). My owner wasnt aware of what he was doing until he tried to stage a mass walk-out. He succeeded to some degree. So, we've had financial set-backs because of his actions and increased costs on fuel and less in payments from medicare. Keeping in mind that several people walked out on the owner, I dont want to be part of those who were trying to destroy her company, but at the same time, the owner is having trouble making payroll. I'm a single mom and cant afford to be without a check. I'm the office manager and it's incredibly stressful because collectors are constantly calling and there isnt money to pay the bills. What should I do? I dread coming to work every day but I dont want to be disloyal like the others.
