Im a college student, so i only have afternoons to work. im not sure if i want to work at home doing it or go to a call center, but what r the best call center jobs in Atlanta. how much is the pay.

If so, please post details. I need a job and I am planning to apply at a call center if ever they accept undergradates. I'm actually a second year college student but didn't finish my second semester due to financial problems, would it qualify me for a call center job if I'm a second year college student but finished only 1 semester? thanks

Seriously,I always hear "Indian accent is annoying". Then why you guys want to outsource call center jobs here? Why can't they train their own people if Indians and Indian accent annoys them so much? I heard many people are jobless there because of recession.

I dont really like to talk, as it exhausts me. I tend to find people frustrating, or its that my patience is short with them. Would a call center job be too much for someone like me?

I got a call from an agency which said its hiring for convergys and other companies for call centre jobs. The companies are in gurgaon but the agency conducts interviews in vikaspuri. I dont get the connection, can someone explain me all this.

I need a virtual call center job, where it is not a requirement to know spanish, also give me some work at home jobs key word jobs not businesses. Also, I am not interested in paying any kind of fee, so don't give me those, I need something legitimate NO SCAMS!!!!

Thousands of call center jobs have gone to India. Chances are that if you call a large corporation, you will be talking with somebody who is sitting in India. Should we boycott those companies to bring those jobs back here?

There are a lot of call center jobs in the Philippines and they are hiring highschool grads, under grads, vocational diploma holders, short courses etc. I am wondering if I can get a job promotion in the future if I do not have a college diploma?

I am a single mother of 2 young children. I was recently stuck getting on unemployment, my youngest starts school next year, in the mean time i was hoping to find a way to work from home. Most sites and opportunities i have found are all call center type jobs. Is there anything out there is a legitimate way to work from home and not answering phone calls for customer service?

I have been invited to a training/assessment day next week for a call centre job. I would really like to get this job, as I could do with the extra income. Have I got a good chance?also, has anyone got any tips so that I can shine at this important day. By the way, the job is interviewing consumers over the phone. I am worried that I may not pass the assessment day. Please help and put my mind at rest.

If you was granted a job working for a call center in your town after all the places you put in and not heard nothing back,Would you be satisfied taking a call center job or would you continue to look for jobs elsewhere? I know the economy is hurting and people will grab jobs when they come..I would like to know what would you do? This is calling businesses to give free magazine suscriptions for their business. they have a mix of inbound and outbound calling so they prefer to call it a call center
