Actors need night jobs in order to keep their days open for auditions. But what about an aspiring pop singer? Better to have a normal 8-5 job or a night job (like waitressing) etc? Which job is more conducive to the career of an aspiring singer?

The only thing that fits my schedule since I go to school full time (during the day) is a convenient store at night. I would have to take the evening shift and I am nervous that I might get robbed while working. Should I take the job or look for another night job?

Basically, I have been driving for around 8 months now and tend to enjoy it, were as most people wouldn't. I'm always awake a night so more suited to a night job and don't mind motorway driving at night and such. I'm just wondering if there are any night time driving jobs out there suitable for someone my age? (Apart from taxi driving lol!)

I am only wanting to work night shift jobs right now and am just needing some ideas as to what type of work is out there that would be just night shift positions? I can think of a few, like Security, or Night Auditor at a hotel, but am still wanting to know of other options out there that I can look in too. Any position or shift. Thanks

Is there anyone who have worked 20 hours a week at the public library? Will this interfere with my regular 8am-5pm job? They are offering some evening and weekend hours. I am looking for something part-time to enhance my income. This job will pay $10.00 an hour unlike working in retail making $6 to $8 an hour. Please do not post fly by night jobs. I am not interested.

I need a job to help pay for college this semester, nothing big just something that can get me by. I plan on taking classes during the daytime, so night jobs are what I'm looking or maybe a job where I can use my computer or something. Any help or advice is much appreciated, thanks.

This is an odd question haha but I'm about to be in college and I'm looking for a night job. I'm a night owl and I have insomnia so I'm looking for a quiet relatively safe job to do at night. How would I go about becoming a morgue worker on night shift? Any other jobs you can think of for a night person?

I live in San Diego (so its an urban area) and am in college, I am hoping to get a job that pays reasonably (which would basically be anything above the minimum wage slave rate) well where I can work during the daytime (no night jobs) where I would be able to do some of my homework while I am at work, which would be something such as a job where you are sitting down and deal with customers where there would be slow times. I am not interested in work at home jobs, please do not spam this post with your scams. This could be a good source of info for other college students who want to get some of their school work done while making a little extra money so please post if you have any ideas or have experience with this yourself. Thanks

So I have a dilemma. I have a night job so I need to stay up all night but everyday this week I have interviews right after work. I can usually deal with staying up all night but I don't know how well ill do in an interview with no sleep. Is there anyway to get myself to feel energetic and at least normal with no sleep so I can function through my interview without feeling strange or tired. Ill be going 16 hours without sleep, also I don't want to take any medication to solve this.

I'm looking to make a change back to a night job bartending. I haven't worked in the field recently but I know I can do it. I remember all the key drinks and the bar doesn't usually serve anything complicated. Any tips to make a good impression? Thanks in advance. Great answer, jobbend! That's exactly the type of information I was looking for.
