What is it like working as a part time package handler at UPS?

Are there different duties for different shifts?

First, you have to be able to handle a union environment where promotions are based on seniority with the company and there are no merit raises. All raises are for a set amount at specific times ------exactly same for the top performer and the bottom performer... More

I worked night shift, loading trucks. It was probably one of the worst jobs I ever had. Everyone I worked with were jerks and they don't treat women very well, even though I did more work than any man there.
