I want to go to school to become a large animal veterinarian but incase it doesn't work out my mom wants me to have a back up plan. I want to stay in the agriculture field and still be able to work with animals but I don't know what other jobs are available. I want to work with the horses, cows, pigs, chicken, and all the farm animals if possible. If I cant make it into vet school, I may consider becoming an agriculture teacher but it doesn't pay well. If anyone knows of other job options please let me know! thanks!

I have a B.S. degree in Sports Management. It's been very difficult to find something Full time in this field. I have done countless unpaid internships and my current supervisors adore me in my part time positions. However I have come to a point in my life where part time just isn't enough. What careers in other fields would my degree be a good fit for? Or what careers require a bachelors but not in any specific subject?

On Thursday night I stepped down wrong, or something, and my got a sharp, stabbing pain on the outside of my knee. It happened a couple times before I said anything to my supervisor, and then later when I went back to my office it happened again and hurt even worse. My sup gave me some ice and I stayed off of it for the rest of the night. When I got home that night I noticed there was a little swelling where the pain was. This morning the swelling has increased and it tried to go out from under me again with the same sharp pain. The muscles had been feeling really tight around the joint for a little while before this happened. Never had any issues with my knee before (just my ankles) and I have no clue what I did. Need to get this taken care of quickly though because I work as a recreation assistant and being physically active is part of my job. Is the little "pouch" that is swollen is actually a fluid build up. Know I need to talk to a doctor but I don't get paid until Thurs. I don't get paid until Thurs and not even sure I'll have the money to go see a doctor then. Not really sure what I did to it, never had issues with my knee before. I didn't fall or anything it just gave out. If it is fluid build up is there anything OTC to relieve it?

Http://www.usatoday.com/news/world/iraq/2007-06-18-troops-rest_N.htm WASHINGTON — U.S. commanders in Iraq are rejecting a recommendation by Army mental health experts that troops receive a one-month break for every three months in a combat zone, despite unprecedented levels of continuous fighting and worsening risks of mental stress. Instead, commanders are trying to give troops two to three days inside heavily fortified bases after about eight days in the field, said Brig. Gen. Joseph Anderson, chief aide to the ground forces commander in Iraq, Lt. Gen. Raymond Odierno. "We would never get the job done of securing (of Baghdad) if we went out for three months and came back" for one, Anderson said. U.S. forces in Iraq spend more time in combat without a break than those who fought in Vietnam or World War II, according to Army psychologists who studied troops in Iraq. What do you think?

Please note: I'm not interested in working with children or animals. I just want to do something that entails something related to clinical or counseling psychology. Oh, and I do intend to get at least an MA, but I want to know what I can work in now in the meantime.
