I'm about to get a job but I still have to negotiate my salary and I'm not sure where to shoot for. It's an area representative position in a restaurant chain with about 40 locations the job entails office work and checking in on stores operations. Also would entail working at the restaurants if there short handed. If you have any insight it would help greatly thx.

I would really like to work for Delta Airlines. I am wondering what sort of majors would be best to obtain a career in the airline industry. I am considering communications, business, or French, and I was wondering what sort of jobs the airline industry has that uses those majors. Any information is welcome. Thanks! Also if you could add a ballpark salary estimate with any careers. But only if you have an idea. Thanks.

I don't have a degree in finances, but I am looking for a job that has to do with securities trading. I have already applied with Fidelity and Hold Brothers, which may sponsor my series 7 license if hired. Any other firm I can apply with? (please be so kind to give me a website). Thank you! I have a compelling track record where I trade now. I trade at home.

I'm planning on studying aviation in college, and I am interested in working at the airport as part of the ground crew operations. (Luggage, marshaling, fueling, etc..) The airlines do the hiring for the individual gates, and they told me I need a resume. I just turned 19 last month and I currently serve at a restaurant. I have no prior resume experience nor any aviation experience. How would I go about building this resume since I don't have any real experience in the field?

I want to go to school to become a large animal veterinarian but incase it doesn't work out my mom wants me to have a back up plan. I want to stay in the agriculture field and still be able to work with animals but I don't know what other jobs are available. I want to work with the horses, cows, pigs, chicken, and all the farm animals if possible. If I cant make it into vet school, I may consider becoming an agriculture teacher but it doesn't pay well. If anyone knows of other job options please let me know! thanks!

My partner has to re-apply for her job under the current cut-backs. 19 months ago she had an operation that resulted in 6 months recuperation and a phased return to work. During her recent interview, the employer told her that her score for sickness was 0 (out of 30) which puts her at a great disadvantage. Is this lawful?
