 | Has anyone worked as PA/Personal Assistant before?
I am due to start a job as a PA in a few weeks time. I have no admin experience but have worked in retail and find it easy to talk to people and communicate properly.
I'll be working for an indivdual so my work will involve mainly screening his calls, booking hotels and meetings for him.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever worked as a Personal Assistant and can give me any tips/hints/advice?
Thanks.

 | I've been interested in a public relations job, but recently I've been considering a career as an executive assistant. Does anyone one know how I would go about getting a job for a major company as one ( as far as schooling, experience, and what exactly it entitles as the job description- to make sure I'm correct)?

 | Alright, I'm in a com. college. I really, am unsure of what "real" career I would want in the future that I'd enjoy (since game maker seemed to become a popular in the past few years). So my listed major is IT Support. Though, I was just wondering about other jobs in the IT field and their current state..like for:
Network Administrator?Computer Engineer?Software Engineer?Tech Support ?
Are these jobs reaching an overstrengthed occupation level?
Any personal experience on finding a job after college with these jobs?
How much math do I really need to know to be a Computer Engineer or Software Engineer?
