| I'm from metal fabracation industry and just promote as QA engineer from process engineer. I have face problem to manage it. Can somebody / expert give some guide line to manage it. My situation : I have 3 QA inspector and 1 QA supervisor. Daily job was arranged by QA supervisor. My job was compile data to plot out the perfomance of QA dept. What is justify of the performance of QA dept ? How to justify the performance of the QA inspector (affected the increment of salary)?

| I've allways wanted to have an office type job, but since I only finished High School I've only worked as QA Inspector for cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies. Now I have to decide if either going to a tech school for an Executive Assistant program (a year) or taking this job offer: temp to perm, Inspector,$18.00/hour.

| Can someone please tell me a little about this MOS? what is needed on the ASVAB? What are the hours like? For anyone in this MOS do you enjoy it? Is it a hard MOS to get into? Is it hard to get promoted in this MOS?
Anything you could tell me would be great.
I was also wondering during basic training, if you have to do the sit-ups, push-ups and 2 mile right right after each other when getting tested.

| I work at SCS Company for about 5 years. I work there as a Quality Inspector; I like my job, people and the place but not till lately from the last 6 months. I got Very stress and don’t like come work at all because I have to see a General Manager with faces plus the two ladies workers. Those two are my cousin’s wife. I don’t like to have them working with me because I know them both are a dammar Queen and a real trouble makers and one of them is s**t big time. One of them made up shitty story on me before. With my generous by forgiven them and I brought them to this company because they were dying for a job. I showed to do job and the technique to do fast and good quality at the same and could beat target so they could be able to keep their job. These two don’t appreciate of whatever I did it for them. They disappointed me so much I was hoping they could change into a good person. Still, talk behind my back…etc. With my short temper I went up to them and told them I hope they Stop saying shit about me because I got stress hearing things they says about me. They said “we didn’t say anything; we‘ve never talk shit about you because we’re all family”. I said “that’s good if you didn’t and if you actually did then I hope u guys could stop now”. After two weeks later, these two sisters were very Evils... Make up story on by telling their husband that I called a cop on her husband sale steal stuffs, rumour she’s doing a fake marriage and rumour that she gave the General Manager a blow job. They all came to my mom’s house confronted about this with my family during my vacation week. I’m a big religious person, I swear on my life that I didn’t do or say anything like those. First of all, its look pretty bad for QA lady talk bad about the employee. Secondly, employees wouldn’t give me a respect for saying bad the worker. Thirdly, I wouldn’t be stupid saying thing like that would effected the Manager, he could give me hard time for saying that even if she did. The Older sister is a s**t big time (she slept with her co-worker be4) and her husband is real mad dog. He wanted to beat me on that night because he listened to all these stories written by his wife. He started call down a curse upon on me that I’ll be poor to end of my life and won’t have anything in my life. This hurt me so bad and I regret brought these two sisters to this company. I could understand if the police came to arrest him by misunderstood but what I found out cope didn’t come like they said. Then I realized they made up story 4 the husband to beat me. They both not legally marriage; they had a big wedding banquet hall but still collecting Single mom benefit for two kids over 11 years N still collecting... She sold Steal stuff like Mex, Banana Republic, American Eagle clothing, tide liquid and ect… for half price at work!!! Lots of people hated them cuz they have a bad mouth comment and talk bad behind a few ladies at work when they’re not even look any better hehehhe. After all, I thought it was done and clear up at my mom’s house but both went to complain with Officer Manager (HR) for calling them Dogs. Are u kidding me? Calling them dogs? 99.9?ogs are Loyal and lovely. So I explained to the HR everything they came to my house on my vacation week and a little bit work relative on my side and I had a few witnesses there. One story related to work was two week before this happening I was kind of yelled at them for not listening. I told the little sis to stop running machine part is running out of spect (FL too long) I was very busy with 20 employees and two other machine had problem. I gave her a little pat on her shoulder and said stop its FL out of spect and thought she has stop crimping parts. 15 mins later she was crimping parts still. Of course I get p****d off. So I screamed out “what the hell wrong with her I told her to stop”. She turned around and looked at me and crimping for the last part and the lead hand guy went to stop her. When I cool down I thought I’ve yelled at them earlier so I asked two other employee s if they heard I scream out loud earlier. They couldn’t hear me and they were near my station that mean I wasn’t loud so didn’t make apologize to them. The General Manager was at my work station he asked me what is going on as soon I got out the office. I told him told him everything like I told the Office Manager but I didn’t have a chance , he was a little busy for a sample parts so he cut me off. The blow job part I didn’t tell the office manager either cuz its sounds so disgusting. I didn’t feel okay to say to them and unnecessary.The manager responded to me “Even you stop them for half an hour they still beat the target” he’s trying to say they’re doing fine I tried to picked on them. I wasn’t sure what he meant by the time. After a few times talking to him about the girls he seems so sensitive and protecting them. Continuing ..... check part2
