My uncle is looking to get a job as a usda food inspector or quality control manager for a food company here in california. He asked me if the job market was pretty good since we have a lot of agricultural stuff, but I'm not sure. Does anybody know how the market is for those types of jobs here? It can be anywhere in the state.

We have new management who say we must have Quality qualifications but being in work I can't have time off as I do shifts. I just started my job a little under a month ago. I know a 'shift leader' needs to know how to do all the positions (cook, drive through, front cashier), count the drawers, do the cash drop, count inventory, and waste. Is there anything else I would need to know? I currently work at a set schedule, if i became a shift leader, would that change? Are there any tests or time requirements for the position? Thanks!

I know I can be a teacher or work at a pharmaceutical company of sorts but those jobs don't really seem that appealing to me. What other jobs can I get if I become a chemist?

If it comes out to be X, how would you divide X among Evaluation, Management, and Control activities to obtain optimum results?
