I'm pursuing a degree in Safety Management and I'm trying to get my foot in the door of some company. I've checked job listings and they all list experience required. How on earth am I supposed to get experience if I can't find an entry-level position? I'm open on the concentration: Safety Coordinator, Safety Representative, etc. Also, Ergonomics, Environmental related, etc. Petrochem, etc. Houston, TX- Gulf Coast area. THANKS

I am currently a saw operator for an extrusion company. At one time I was an environmental, health, and safety coordinator with Alcoa Aluminum, which I enjoyed. The only reason why I am not there now is becaI moved to Arizona which was a big mistake. Since I moved back to Ohio I ahve been struggling ever since. I do have an associate degree in business administration but as of now it hasn't seemed to help. Maybe someone out there can help me and my family.

I was fired from my last job about three months ago, haven't found another one yet. My last boss wasn't exactly the best person to work with. Some of the things he did include: -Humiliate me in front of the staff and vendors -Threatened to demote me if I ever called in sick -Ordered me to violate the company's safety policy (BTW he was also Safety Coordinator) -Lied to me on a daily basis -Do random cleanings of my desk, in which he threw out projects I was working on (One of the reasons I was told I was being fired is because projects wern't being finished) -Refused to listen to me when I told him I was having trouble with some aspects of my job -Would refuse to answer my questions and when I proceeded to do things on my own, he would tell me I was wrong -Constantly called me a failure I see other people say "put a positive twist on your firing", but how can you do that when there is no positive to all of what I just said?

I'm in my third year and its a bit late to turn back now but, after years of thinking I don't think I can go threw with being a cop, even though I have wanted to for a long time. What are some jobs you've had with a CJ Degree? What are out of the box ideas that pay well? Not like probation, patrol, jail work etc. Ideas!

The Chicago Bears offensive coordinator, Ron Turner only gave Cedric Benson the ball 11 times. Benson had 89 yards on those 11 carries, including a 42 yard td. Turner's play calling is the worst I have seen in the NFL. Your thoughts Bears fans.
