 | I am thinking of going to either UMICH, Georgia Tech, or University of Illionis at Urbana Champaign as a Industrial Engineering major and an economics minor.
I am wondering what types of companies and jobs most people get right out of undergrad with this degree. For instance, I know that from Georgia Tech, most people work in consulting companies like Deloitte and Accenture. I am wondering what the other schools' job opportunities are.
Thank you for your help in advance

 | I know that you can get almost any job with a Mathematics degree, and I also that Mathematics graduates have the LOWEST levels of UNEMPLOYMENT, but which jobs can they get exactly?
Specific details please?
I know that you can be a maths teacher/lecturer, and that's obvious, but I really don't want to go into teaching.
I also know that you can have a job in Finance and Accounting, but they are also obvious.

 | If you are afraid of losing your job, don't you think you'll do it better? If you afraid the oil will run out won't you be motivated to think up new industries to support our ever growing need for energy and a greener living program? Recession and High gas prices will motivate people to do their jobs better, save money, and find new ways to achive the goals needed to survive in an ever changing world environment. That's my story and I'm sticken to it. This has been another broadcasting of C.J.C. anytime.

 | I am currently a marketing manager trying to figure out the next step in my career. I have had a lot of experience in marketing communications type activities: creating collateral, press releases, managing trade shows, and promotions. I am wondering what experience I may lack on the quantitative side: managing P&L, managing product lifecycle, product mix, etc. If I am more interested in the creative side of marketing, should I stay in MarCom? Or do Brand Managers deal with both? Is there less growth potential in MarCom - job ads make it seem like an entry level profession making only around $35K.

 | I know that CFP is certified financial planner, and CFA is certified financial analyst, but these two licenses seem so similar to me, that I can't decide which one to pursue. What are the pros and cons to each of these? What are the requirements for attaining each of them? Also, for those of you who know the nature of the work of financial analysts and financial planners, could you please describe what their daily work responsibilities are? Is a job as an analyst simpler because you're just analyzing, instead of planning? If you know any additional factors to both these jobs, please let me know.
