I've just graduated from high school and now i'm the the process of choosing the right course to go into college. I'm given the chance to pick 8 courses and arrange them in order, then it's up to the system to give me a course to study for diploma. For now, this is my list: 1. Accounting Information System 2. Computer Science 3. Microbiology 4. Accountancy 5. Environmental Health 6. Actuarial Science 7. Geomatic Science (Geographical Information System) 8. Geomatic Science The courses which i'm really interested in are Computer Science, Microbiology and Environmental Health. I'm passionate about everything that has to do with computers, lab and environment. But due to very little career choices for Microbiology and Environmental Health, i had to put them below other courses. As for the Accountancy and Accounting Information System, i put them in the list because my parents told me that my career choices will be very wide as every company needs an accountant. For the two Geomatic Science courses, i will probably be a land surveyor or someone who deals with software related to land surveying. I've searched on Jobstreet.com and it's not very easy for me to find a job related to this course. I'm planning to work overseas as soon as i got my Diploma and Degree, so i may need to rearrange the courses based on how big the career choices are and how passionate i am in the courses. What are your opinions about my list? Do i need to rearrange it?

Not so bad things: Kitchen will need new cabinets, or just sanded and refinished Needs new carpet, 1000 sq ft.. although it has hardwood Bathroom will need to be updated, nothing stylish Needs heating and cooling unit, my uncle owns a business in this Needs a fresh coat of paint, Sears always has cans on sale for $10 that were "mess ups".. I could eventually find some good stuff there Questionable things I have no idea about: A hole in the living room ceiling needs repaired. Someone stepped through it in the attic. Is this an easy fix? It seems that you could just patch it up with a new piece of drywall. *I'm paying cash for this house, living in it for awhile and renting it out while I find the next project. My uncle would sell me a heating/cooling unit for 1k, and it already has duct work. Other uncle is a land surveyor/contractor. Can I get through this alive and make $ eventually?

I own acreage in Maryland, passed down to me. I closed on a construction loan and have been on hold for months because there was no legal description or plat for the surveyor to work with when doing my boundary and site plan work. I am a first time home buyer and now wonder if the title company really did what they were supposed to prior to closing this loan. Could title work be considered as properly performed if there was no legal description on the deed? I am questioning how this title could have been cleared without what I assume to be required information. Any education on this process would be greatly appreciated.

I got a call from my neighbor asking if I would grant access to his land surveyor in order to complete his property survey. I contacted his land surveyor and was told that is part of his process. Is that true? I had hired land surveyors before and never had they need to access my neighbor's property in order to complete the survey.
