I am writing a cover letter for my resume, and I don't know who to address it to. The supervisor is listed on the job information sheet I received, but the director is listed first on the website, and the supervisor is listed as the junior creative director on the site, not supervisor. Also, if I do not know their marital status, would it be informal to address the cover letter using their full name?

I am getting ready to start a new job as an office manager and the owner would like me to take a profile test. He said it was by a company called Caliber. Does anyone know where I can see one of these tests online or possible take a free sample test? Be best if I could find the site for the actual company that would be administering it. I'm currently trying to get a bachelor’s in Finance. I work in government now as a low-level accounting tech (GS-5). I know to get your Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) you have to have a bachelor's first. My question is, when is the best time to try to get one? After you receive your bachelor's? Should I take some graduate courses(MBA) first? When do people normally get theirs? I still have over two years before I even get my bachelor's, but I want to try to move up the ladder as soon as I get mine since I'm already 30 years old. I feel like I'm already behind. How much weight does these certifications hold vs. MBA/some graduate school experience. Thanks for any help. By the way, my goal is to try to get a GS 7/11 job. Financial Management Analysis.

Ive just had a call to attend an interview for a job i applied for problem is i cant remember applying, i know the job is a call centre job but i cant find any info about the company? its called LVG and they are based on the 4th floor of the cotton exchange building in liverpool !! does anyone know of it? or a website that shows info on it? its so i can be prepared for my interview monday haha thanks xx yep i presume its the liverpool victoria group i applied ages ago so ive no recollection sorry!
