I am applying for a visual merchandising job. I have had experience in working with Plan-O-Grams. I have also been complimented on my choice of visual organization when I do not have a Plan-O-Gram to refer to. I am a quick learner and would like to express these things in the "Skills" section of my resume. How do I do this? I'm a resume newbie; I'm only 20.

I have an interview for a Merchandise. Management job it Forever 21 next week. I also had one for the same job at Shasa and they ignored my follow-up call and chose someone else. What do I need to know to ace the interview, especially at F21? I'm completely qualified and have plenty of experience, but I'm awful at interviews. I always forget to tell them the most important things about my background and experience. What are some important things I should never forget to mention?

I am currently a merchandising associate in a retail home improvement store, I have been with the company for 5 years, holding various positions. Right now there seem to be no upward opportunities. I have had administrative experience, 4 yrs, and have a BS majored in German and minored in international business. I don't see many opportunities to use my education, at least not without moving far away, which I am not looking to do at this point :/ I am interested in marketing and have a lot of informal computer experience. Any suggestions on a career or job path change? Where to look? Who to talk to?
