I have an interview for a Merchandise. Management job it Forever 21 next week. I also had one for the same job at Shasa and they ignored my follow-up call and chose someone else. What do I need to know to ace the interview, especially at F21? I'm completely qualified and have plenty of experience, but I'm awful at interviews. I always forget to tell them the most important things about my background and experience. What are some important things I should never forget to mention?

I want to get my first assistant manager job at Radio Shack. I have worked at a Super Target for a year. They trained me in 13 different positions including everywhere from backroom, flow team, instocks, hairlines, softlines, market, signing, presentation, cashier, cart attendant (to clean up chemical spills), guest services, and also electronics. I know the bases of sale and I am very good at taking on a lot at one time. I know in a position like that I would definitely make more than I do now... but I just wanted to know if I would even be considered.. please help?

So I'm twenty years old and I've been with Aeropostale since I was sixteen and I started out as a sales associate, then a cash wrap specialist, now a merchandise flow manager. Also I worked at three different stores. Two here in Houston and one in Seattle, Washington. I'm just wondering, how would I put this neatly on my resume?

I currently work at a corporation run restaurant. I started in the kitchen and within 8 months have learned things that people there years have never learned. I'm the hardest worker and I'll be graduating college in under a year. The assistant general manager and the regional supervisor ABOVE the general manager of the restaurant are both on board with me becoming an assistant manager. However, the general manager of this restaurant is taking his time and is trying to make things seem fair because I've advanced so quickly; even though I deserve it. I've contemplated designing a written paper to my general manager voicing all of the opinions and facts that are surrounding every reason why I should be getting this promotion. Does anyone have any ideas for me? The restaurant is Vinny T's of Boston, if that helps anyone.

I am applying for a night shift job at a local PetSmart. They are asking me what I think the minimum I should be payed is. I am only 18 and have not had experience at a night job so I don't know how much I should suggest. The work is stocking supplies and all that jazz. I need money to pay my college tuition and I am a night owl so I figured since 3rd shift makes more then normal shifts I'd go for it. Your help is greatly appriciated.

I am going back to work and I am up for a position for a store manager for a store that is suffering due to the lack of a manager for the past few months. The store is near corporate so it needs to be taken to the next level with it's visual merchandising. I have been told the staff is great but they lack direction. And with my low self esteem I am unsure that I will be able to provide the leadership that they need. How do you develop them to the next level? I know I can do the job. I have faith in my abilities yet, I just don't know what I need to hear in order to feel more confident.
