I currently work as a Retail Merchandiser. According to common law I was told I qualify for Unemployment insurance. Problem is I haven't been fire. They are reducing my hours and my pay to the point where I'm barely making enough to pay for gas and student loans. There is also a new change coming that is going to lower my pay check even more. Would it be possible for me to quit and still qualify?
