	What academic qualifications do I need in order for me to become a Regional or Sales manager? Just out of interest what academic qualifications i.e. GCSEs, A-Levels, Btecs, Degrees, etc. would I need to enable me to become a regional sales manager in a major retail outlet, or maybe just a sales manager. Really interested please let me know, because this is the career path I would love to go down. 	How do I get a job working for a major auto manufacturer? I've tried the usual corporate websites going directly through HR. I have almost 15 years experience on the retail side of auto sales - I even had a regional sales manager for Nissan submit my resume to Nissan with a reference and didn't even get a call! 	I applied for a regional sales rep position with a major corp. Should I write the CEO a personal letter to ask? For the job? A personal letter, well worded to the CEO in NY?
