I went to college to become a financial adviser in financing/accounting but, every job opening I look at online says you must have experience like 3-4 years sometimes 5-10 but, how am I suppose to earn experience in the job field if there is no job that I can find that accepts someone without experience? Should I tell them ill work for less money until I get more experience? Will they hire me that way? Thanks. You wouldn't hire someone who hasn't had any experience? Just cause I don't have experience doesn't mean i wouldn't be good at managing your money I mean after all that is what i went to college for so i'm sure i would know how to manage it.

I am an AVON Independent Sales Representative. Recently, I have been thinking about "party selling" but not sure what makes people want to host a party. If you are in direct sales, what are your best strategies for group sales? If you are someone who likes to host selling parties, how do you determine which companies to host in your home?

I graduated college but I am struggling to get a job in my field. I majored in communications in college. Yes I know that was mistake number one. I am currently exploring Graduate School, my GPA wasnt the best however Im also exploring earning an associates degree and maybe a second bachelors degree in accounting. Accounting seems to be a better field to earn a steady living than Communications. Anyway, what is the best route I should take? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Twinkies bakers say they'd rather lose jobs than take pay cuts http://news.yahoo.com/twinkies-bakers-theyd-rather-lose-jobs-pay-cuts-075558559--finance.html "With 18,500 workers, Hostess has 12 different unions including the BCTGM, which has about 5,600 members on the bread and snack item production lines, and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, which represents about 7,500 route sales representatives, drivers and other employees. Unlike some non-unionized rivals, the maker of Wonder Bread and Drake's cakes had to navigate more than 300 labor contracts, with terms that often strained efficiency and competitiveness, Hostess officials have said. In some extreme cases, contract provisions required different products to be delivered on different trucks even when headed to the same place."
