 | I've been offered a new job with an estate agent as a Sales Negotiator -
Now this sounds fantastic, but my basic pay seems low, in fact not much higher than UK minimum wage, so I'm assuming its a commission based pay!
Does anyone know any basic info on sales negotiator wages and how commission is worked out!
I don't want to ask my future boss, but I don't want to leave a well paid job for a wage like this!
Cheers

 | I'm currently applying for my provisional license (driving) but also looking for career choices (I'm 19 so now is the time to be looking really). I'm really interested in the estate agent work (sales advisor/sales negotiator) but I know a lot of the time they have to drive to look at houses etc...
Would I even be considered for one of these jobs if I don't drive? or is it worth me only looking to apply once I've got my full license.
Any help appreciated.

 | There are tons of websites that list properties for sale within your parameters (price, location, schools, appraisal value, property tax, etc.). So given that I can go online, find a house, request a viewing, then make a bid by myself...why do I need a buyer's agent?

 | I wish to pursue a career in real estate and was wondering what are the various departments in a real estate company/agency. I ask, so that I can plan my future education accordingly that would support my career. I am considering anything from being an agent to handling public affairs (if there is any such job profile in the real estate market).

 | I am looking at doing a short sale on my current condo. I lost my job and can not afford my payments. I have money from a student loan, about $7,000 so that I can pay for Fall semester, will the bank try to take that money? If so, is there anything I can do to keep them from getting it cause I do need it to pay for school.
