I run a medium size company in the Toronto area and I need to fill two executive sales jobs and two mid-level sales jobs. I've used recruiters before but with no success. I'm looking for a recruiting company that specializes in sales jobs. Can anyone recommend a good sales recruiter?

I have had several sales jobs and want to do marketing outside of sales. I have recently relocated to the Northeast, all Marketing posting want experience in analysis. All of my sales experience leads me to another sales position and I am tired of straight sales. Is there a better way to get into a marketing position with a bigger firm?

I also have about 4 years of inside sales experience. I am getting a lot of calls for sales jobs, but they all have very low base salaries. As in, "not enough to survive off of where I live" low. I understand sales is about commission, but I also know that sales jobs are out there with good base salaries. Please provide any info you can. Links to helpful sites, job titles, companies. Thank you.

I've excelled at every sales job I've had, and at my latest job I was promoted to manager and took a failing store to win top in the state. I have excellent references, interview skills, etc.. The hard part: My degree is in accounting, and it seems like most of the jobs I reply to, or that reply to me are junk sales jobs.

I have been in B to B sales for a long time and want to get into medical sales but all the jobs on the typical job sites are redundant at best. Where do the medical sales recruiters go to place the best medical sales jobs? Free or pay sites, I just want the best ones to advance my career. Thanks, Holly

You are offered two different sales jobs. The first company offers a straight commission of 5?f the sales. The second company offers a salary of $ 450 per week plus 4?f the sales. How much would you have to sell in a week in order for the straight commission to be equal to the salary plus commission? I need help with this problem please!

I see these great ads for pharmaceutical sales jobs, no experience required, company car furnished, paid training and a decent salary plus bonus/commission. There has GOT to be a catch. What is it?

I have been looking at different positions that I can look at as a management major that just graduated in May and most if not all the sales jobs I have found are entirely commission based. I cannot have the worry that I need to make sales (and pressure clients into sales) to earn a living while learning the ropes and developing my selling style and having to worry about gas, food and trying to get an apartment with my girlfriend. Why is it so hard to find a sales job that offer base salary these days?

Just want someone's opinion on this. It would probably be selling furniture. But you have to meet goals, so I just wanted to know do you think it is better to work and hourly job even if it is less money than a sales job, to have more stability while doing real estate investing, or should I go ahead and sell furniture with goals and its not a big deal? What do you think? Thanks.

I had an interview for a sales job on Thursday. I sent hand-written thank you cards on Thursday to get there the next day. I asked the last person I interviewed with when they were expecting to make a decision. They said they wanted to have a decision made "early next week." Should I follow up this afternoon (Monday), or wait until Tuesday morning? It's a sales job, so I know they're probably expecting aggressive, so I want to call in today. However, I don't want to be annoyingly aggressive.
