I am trying to get into the Armed guard industry, I have alot of BSIS certs they want. But are there any stable , decent paying companies left?

Should the U.S. put armed guards on th U.S., Mexican border with orders to shoot and kill any person or people who are trying to enter the U.S. illegally? I think that would be a great deterent.

I had 1 felony when i was 18 im 25 now i went court to ask a certificate of dispostion and it showed "'sealed" wat does that mean? is there a better chance i could be a armed guard or no?
