Most commonly in the courtroom Bailiffs are Sheriffs, policeman, U.S. Marshall, etc. Is it possible to strictly obtain the profession of a Bailiff? And if it you can, does it most commonly happen by the Judge's apointment. I know they enjoy the benefit of selecting frinds, family, campaign workers, and party leaders to become workers in the courtroom. I think it would be a good job if it is possible.

Can I sue the U.S marshalls for causing me emotional stress? My friends were wanted for murder and i didn't know that they were, so one day i was at a traffic light and about 4 to 5 cars rushed me and a team of U.S marshalls came running out the car with guns drawn to my head. They detained me for 2 hours for no reason and held me in their cars in cuffs in the the middle of my community questioning me about them. they allowed kids passing to take pictures of me and humiliate me. The U.S marshals, Portland police, and multiple agencies have been harassing me and pulling me over with fake allegations of me committing crimes so they can question me about the incident. I have never in my life been arrested or committed any crime. Since then(3 weeks ago) i have been to the hospital for panic attacks and cant sleep or eat. I have been on so much medication trying to get back to my old state but so far i cant control the stress and fear I'm having. I cant attend my college or walk out in my community because they have destroyed my image and assassinated my character. Now I suffer from anxiety and depression and have a lot of physiological problems, they also have me living in fear

I just got a job as executive secretary for a CEO downtown and have been looking everywhere for nice suits and dresses that are affordable. Macy's, Kohls, Carsons, Penney's, Burlington Coat factory, Marshalls and H & M have very little. Even nicer stores like Anne Klein don't have much to choose from. Where can I find a decent selection of career suits and dresses?

Through U.S. history, it seems that black men obtain certain civil rights ahead of white women. For example, black men were guaranteed the right to vote by the Fifteenth Amendment, adopted in 1870, but white women were not guaranteed the right to vote until the Nineteenth Amendment was adopted in 1920. The first black man appointed to the United States Supreme Court was Thurgood Marshall in 1967, but there was no white woman on the Court until 1981, when Sandra Day O'Connor was appointed. At Augusta National Golf Club, black men are admitted as members, but white women are not. What is the explanation for this apparent gender discrimination?
