I should be graduating from college in two years. However, my school offers a variety of electrical engineering fields. For example they offer a computer field, a communication field, and a robotic field. Dont get me wrong I am not majoring in EE just for the money but I dont want to stuggle later on in life either. So which route should I take? What company pays well?

I am a freshman at a community college right now. I am thinking about majoring in Electrical Engineering. I consider myself as good in physics, chemistry and math because i was getting okay grades in high school without studying much. Now that i put full effort into these subject, i should be able to do better. But looking at all the classes i have to take for this major to transfer to a UC, it seems very decieving. I want to know what are the good and bad about electrical engineering. Thank you for all of you that read this far.

I am curious as to about how much it would cost to paint (house currently has lead paint) the inside of an 8-room house (two floors), completely remodel the bathroom and kitchen, sand the hardwood floors, wallpaper all rooms, and put down new linoleum on the kitchen floor and update all the electrical outlets (service has been updated from the street and in the cellar). The house has new windows and a new heating system. Hopefully, answers will be from construction people who have experience. Thanks!

ITurned on the heat and it wouldnt work. It started working about 10 minutes later and the smell has gone away. Not sure is this all related to the heat, furnace. Or is there something electrical going on to? The smell is gone and the heat is working now? The belt is getting old. and we've known that it might be going, but if the belt stopped working for awhile, would it still be working now? Help? My friend says see if it does it again. Or should i just call a heating specialist?

I have been looking into Job Corps for about 4 months now, and I hear it's a great program with many windows of opportunities. I would really like to attend beauty college, and some sites say that they have Cosmetology programs, but I have yet to find a Job Corps page that coincides with that. They have technical programs, welding, construction, and culinary arts. So can anyone that is attending confirm that there are or aren't cosmetology programs offered?
