I NEED HELP!! I have been dating my boyfriend for 4 and a half years and have always got on with his sister and her new husband and my boyfriend's family. When his older brother started dating this girl, she seemed very sweet and nice enough in the beginning but soon things changed. My boyfriend and I live quite a distance away from each other and if I am lucky I get to see him once a week. But when he wanted to come in more than once, his parents told him that fuel was expensive, but when my boyfriend's brother started dating this girl who lived more than double the distance we did, the brother was allowed to go there as often as he wanted. I kept quiet about it although it really frustrated me. Then she started manipulating everything to her advantage. She bakes cakes for certain kids birthday parties to suck up to them to feel included in the community and pretends to be all sweet, caring and innocent. When she speaks to people she uses an over-sweet, squeaky voice but when she speaks to me or my boyfriend she speaks normally. My boyfriend's mother (Enid) used to shout and get angry with her son if he left tablets on the kitchen counter because it left a mess, but this girl who is now engaged to my boyfriend's brother (lets call her Cate) bakes using all Enid's ingredients from her kitchen, leaves flour all over the counter tops, and batter dripping onto the counter and floors from the electric beater which she never cleans up. Then she leans out the backdoor and screams for the maids to clean up the kitchen after her. But Enid says nothing to Cate about her mess! It hurts me to see how Cate has changed Enid and their entire family to completely be against their own son, my boyfriend (Dean). It breaks my heart that they treat him like such an outsider. Dean's own sister and her new husband can't even stand Cate and how she is a "suck-up" to everyone to make sure she gets what she wants. Cate has completely changed her future-husband in that he isn't allowed to be with the friends he had before her, only the ones she approves of which doesn't even include my boyfriend (Dean) who is his brother! She only approves of the people in their area who are already married with kids - pressure much? After a bit of tension, my boyfriend's parents decided to sit us down and talk about it. They spoke for a while and she said she is hurt because she doesn't enjoy such tension. When I spoke up and said it breaks my heart how Dean's own parents cannot treat him like family and how differently we get treated compared to Cate and her fiance (Reuel), and how they can't make space for their own son (Dean) to work on the farm, but they have Cate's family working as a manager, and my boyfriend Dean was told to go and work on another farm because there isn't space for him, the parents didn't even budge. They told me - after saying this - that they will always take Cate's and Dean's sister's husband's side and support them against me because I am not married to Dean and I am not family. To my face! They then told me that to sort this all out we need to start on a clean slate and forget everything that's happened and let's give each other a hug and leave it at that. I was in tears and got up and walked out the room after saying that I will never forget what has happened and what I have just been told that I am not part of the family and they will never take my side. Enid and her husband (my boyfriend's parents) have since bought, renovated and are furnishing a house on the farm for Cate and Reuel and have spent so much on that, but they cannot afford to help Dean or give him a job on the farm as there is no space, yet he is family! The farm manager (Matthew) and his wife never include Dean or I in anything they do, even when they invite everyone else from the family. The farm manager's wife and Cate are big friends and they have both often spread rumours about me and stories saying I am only with my boyfriend for the money and that I'll never be good enough. She has turned all the friends I had there against me, she has turned Dean's family against him completely and everyone thinks she is just amazing. I really don't know what to do. Considering she has only been around about 1 year and me 4 and a half, I really don't know what to do. I want to leave the family but not my boyfriend, and I can't be the type of girl who pulls Dean away from his family. I just really don't know what to do...Please Help...it's urgent!

I tried working in a factory because I thought, great no customer service or communication skills needed, but I still had to work with coworkers I really didn't get along well with. I was fired for not being a team player. It's hard to get along with others and I really just want a job where I can work alone or with objects and be left alone in peace.

I know you don't want illegals working in USA, but what is your solution to get those jobs filled. No legal person want to work at the fields or wash dishes for the minimum wage, are you ready to fill their shoes or to pay $10 dollars for 1 lbs of tomato? If USA makes all those illegal legal, they will leave the fields and all those minimum paid jobs as soon as the next day….. And again we'll needs more illegals, and what you do then? Anybody with a REAL answer?

I'm an Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant with a current security clearance (secret) and military background. I want to search for a job, but in no particular city. How do I do that? Normally when job searching, you search for a job in a particular city. I just want to put my resume out there and see what feedback I get. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You always hear: unemployment rate high, less jobs, etc.. The thing I noticed is that there are jobs. There's hundreds available just on Craigslist Philadelphia alone, and I constantly see newspaper adds and stuff. The problem I see is that everyone expects a job that makes like 100k a year or an easy job. Presidents always promise jobs, but it's like who wants a job? I feel like the jobs are there but people don't want to work. Everyone wants to be a doctor, lawyer, etc.. Nobody wants to be making 40k a year doing landscaping or whatever. Plus if the government can pay you welfare and food stamps, who needs a job? My point is that nobody wants low paying jobs that include labor. I feel like too many people have the mentality: if I don't make 100k a year I'm not gonna work. Does anybody drink what I'm porin?

I have a plan. After high school, I will join the Air Force, and do two years of collage there, and after 18 months, I will finish out collage, and maybe get a masters. But I'm not sure what job I can get that involves horses. I want to have a working horse farm, but until that happens, I had a few ideas, I could be a farrier, or perhaps a riding instructor? I just need some open ideas on what I should do.
