I live in Victoria Australia, and I'm interested in become a plumber, I understand I need to complete a 4 year apprenticeship and the journey man's exam. I just wanted what different forms of plumbing there are and what defines them. I'm mainly interested in becoming a sprinkler fitter or fire protection plumber and kinda wondering what the best way to get into the industry?

Hi, would like to know if anyone knows any good entertaining books related to civil engineering, based on the knowledge of student halfway through his a-levels To the first 2 replys, i didnt post this without checking search engines first, I however couldnt find anything to recommend standout books, if you could help with this it would be appreciated.

I've been told by loads of teachers I have a high academic potential, and have been getting As in most of my science and maths exams, but this test has literally told me I an best suited to a job as a Lab Technician, Pipelayer, or Gardener. WTFFFFFFFFF. no seriously. WTFFFFFFFF. :( :/ - Haley x

Wut i mean by laugh is, if i dont qualify to get into university, im thinking about being a plumber...and im a female. im no tomboy or wutever, i just need good cash, and im not a really smart girl too...and being a plumber doesnt seem tat hard, i noe, its disgusting, but its just a curious question. like i hear they earn around 3,5000$ per year to 50000-80000 per year! and thats pretty good for a plumber...and i just want to know exactly how much does a plumber earn per hour to per year. (and ill be wearing full body protection if i do become...i feel so stupid asking this question online but nobody knows) how i got this idea: from planning
