I would like to rename our Administration, Office Staff, Teachers, etc with related construction worker job titles. For example, our SPED teachers will be our "Instruction Crew." Counselors will be our Safety Directors. Can you help me creatively rename our divisions for our K-5 yearbook?

It shows my age, I've held 2 jobs recently related to office work but have a huge gap with nothing from 1998 - 2004. I worked at Walmart out of high school and in 2004 after a divorce I went back to college and held 2 different student worker jobs. During the gap, I was a stay at home mom. Can I just leave Walmart off and eliminate that gap?

For class I needed to choose a topic to persuade people with. I chose recycling, after that we had to reach into a container and pick out the type of audience we'd be talking to. My topic was a group of people who are members of the United Auto Workers, composed of people who work for the Steering Axle plant in Livonia, MI. I need to relate job security and work ethics to recycling.

Are there any decent jobs that you can get with an associates in psychology. From what I've heard it seems fairly pointless to go in that direction academically unless you plan to go all the way for the doctoral.

I worked as a waitress, bartender and manager in a New Orleans restaurant, and I've had some pretty ridiculous experiences with customers (and sometimes other staff members!) before. Thought some other people out there might have some good stories. I don't intend to limit this to restaurant workers only, any service related job should qualify for some pretty good stories.

I used to be an alcoholic and a single beer would be a huge mistake for me. But everyone at work thinks it's part of the job to eat drink and be merry at certain occasions. I don't want to say no, as if drinking is BAD (which to me, it is). And i certainly don't want to go around telling my co-workers at my new job that i used to be an alcoholic. And i don't want to be a boring putz.
