	What are the various roles in Special effects in the film industry? So i love editing things, and creating 3D animations i am going to media design school next year to do visual effects and i was just wondering what the different roles are in making a movie e.g. director of special effects/visual effects supervisor... (hmm yea that's about all i know lol) so apart from the VES what are the other roles from pre-production to post production? and also how hard is it to get into this industry? i know you have to work your way up from the bottom but what are the jobs at the bottom? 1 answer - Asked By: sneakrfreak - 5/9/2009

	What kind of jobs can I get with a bachelor in Business Information Systems? The curriculimum didn't emphasize the technical skills but the business side therefore, I don't know any programming language. I only have general knowledge on visual basic, windows server 2003 administrator and SQL (only 1 class of each) and I am bilingual in Spanish/English. Someone can give me some ideas? 	What I need to know if I want to be an animator???? I am from Calcutta within few days my perception changed a bit. Let me elaborate about my interests.My interests is ANIMATION AS A WHOLE, but visualization and creating story boards are also included.I am interested more to the conceptual part than the technical part. I can draw but I am not an artist, yes I can illustrate but mostly through rough sketches. My disinterests are: Scripting, 3D modelling (though I can do it.... but the process is extensively lengthy....in 3D max) My QUESTIONS ARE: 1)What softwares do I need to know for becoming an animator? 2) What animators do?
