 | I have an IT programmer analyst job with a consulting firm. Can I legally start an LLC that I do IT projects for in my spare time, using my own hardware and software, in areas of IT that are partially related to the consulting work I do?
Will my employer be able to assert any intellectual property rights over the projects and products I build working for my LLC, and do I have to somehow store evidence that I am not utilizing my employer's time / hardware / software?

 | I need some job titles in IT that do not involve sitting in front of a computer all day. Programmers and tech support would not be a good example since they do spend most of their time in front of a computer.
I would be happy to spend 4 hours max on a computer a day.

 | I'm really interested in computer science and programming, as well as the security field and computer security. I've already taken some college classes (in high school) for a degree in mechanical engineering, when I thought that that was what I wanted to do with my life, but I know now that my real passion is in computers. I love security and computers, and hope eventually to work for some kind of a software developer, or maybe a security firm as a pen tester. I'm going to be starting college for real this fall, and though I'm pretty certain that a degree in Computer Sciences is going to be what I want to pursue, I'm not sure what the best/most relevant...(I'm not really sure how to put this to make sense) degree that I would want to pursue would be. Are Computer Sciences degrees indicatory of an IT job? (Because though I could do that for a while, I wouldn't want to do it forever) and what types of degrees/qualifications/certifications are security employers looking for?

 | I am currently a 1st year irregular college student taking I.T. I transferred schools and my majors never got credited. But it's okay because i am slowly getting the logics in programming in Java. This next semester i am taking a System Analysis and Design(SADSIGN) and i am getting nervous because even though i am pretty good at logics, i am not that good at coding. But since it is a case study, we will be on group, we will be four i think. Project manager, Analyst, Documentation, and the programmer. I am asking what jobs i can get after graduating I.T. because what if i graduated I.T. and still not that good at coding, i am hoping that there will be a jobs that will require less programming. Like Database manager or in Multimedia or in charge of Network. So is there jobs that doesn't require hardcore programming skills?

 | I can go to this school to learn computer repair and be a certified IT Tech and everything, but is there a low or small demand for it? It is for a 'side job' to save during college. The program exists for high schoolers in Arizona.
