I have a long story to tell! Thanks for your time :-)
I have 5 years experience as IT officer in a construction company (IT works inside the company itself), after my fifth year I left to get a Msc in health Informatics.
3 weeksbago I applied for a support advisor position at a goobal healthcare information system company through their website, at another city. two days later, a senior recruiter sent an email asking for a phone call to discuss my opportunities to work wih them. The phone call was around half an hour, he asked few questions about why i chose this industry and my previous experience, then he told me i have to pass two online tests in order to go through interviews, one was a personality test and the other a technical test.
Two days after i finished both of them he called me and said that I did very well and a V. P saw my profile and he is interested but he want from me to pass a third online test, it was a professional employment test, I asked him what is the next step if i could pass it, he said you will come to the company office to make series of interviews for a whole day (I read same thing from two people experience on glassdoor)
I passed the test, he sent an email and informed me that the same V. P want to interview me through the phone for one hour and we scheduled a time for the call
Im wondering why they changed the plan! What questions should I expect in a phone interview with the vice president (specially it will be a first real interview with someone from inside except the recruiter )? Is it normal to start interviewing people from the top?

I am looking for any and all information regarding how the appointment of our electoral colleges are appointed around the country. As I understand it, states are left to decide themselves how to appoint but I have yet to find ANY references on an official application or appointment system based on merit.
Other states I am interested in learning about are Oregon, California, Minnesota and Colorado.
If you have any experience in this in any other state you are more than welcome to chime in.
And how much would it pay?
What are the strengths and weaknesses between the two as well? How is one better then the other and vice versa?
I've been applying for jobs everywhere, since April. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, - Management. I'd like to get a job in HR, finanace, or pretty much anything business (except sales). I've been networking, as much as I can/know how, and applying to positions online. Like Asian studies or Intl Relations & Politics ?
I'm in high school and I really don't know much about what's going on in the world or much about politics at all. I feel stupid sometimes when we have group discussions about government or current events in history class at school. Is there a website, program, tv show, or something to help me become more knowledgeable about these sorts of things?

Only idiots think that a single person controls America's government.,
Bush is selecting his replacement as we speak.
I have been accused of using Yahoo as a soapbox for democracy. What in Hell is wrong with that? Men are dying for our freedoms. If yahoo is so wrapped up in their rules and regulations I feel they should make the fact known to their subscribers and advertisers. If I was selling new cars on Yahoo I would sure want to know where yahoo stood on freedom in America. The information would help me make some budget decisions.
Yahoo is international and can be used for the right reasons. If freedom and democracy are not the right reasons let me know.
There are millions of immigrants living in America. They have come from every country in the world and have lived under every class of government. I will say without reservations that in every single case the immigrants found what they were looking for and will tell folks back home they are damned glad to be IN AMERICA
He is a career politician - no practical experience at anything - except coming up with strange solutions to an already complicated situation.
Oh yea - he was going to be a professional skier....
all the means is that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth - not empathy for those he wants to take their retirement, SS, medicare and medicaid from.
