I have two different RJ-11 jacks coming from my wall. One is coming from an Intercom and the other is coming from my telephone line. I just don't want to use two telephone handsets but I want to join the wires coming from these two jacks merging into my main handset. (I tried joining a splitter but one of the connection remains on if I call in. Last night guy from Shaw cable discovered that my Intercom internal wiring just has 2 wires so he cannot use Cat 5 cable to join it) Is there a tool / gadget I can use it to join these two lines pointing to one phone line only?

We are thinking about relocating back to Montreal to aide our autistic son with the wonderful services offered in Canada. I am currently a telephone plant technician in Florida where the services are horrid. I am an IT with lots of experience and multiple industry certifications but I was wondering if the market is still as saturated as it was when I left 4 years ago? Any information on the job market for IT as a whole in Montreal would be a great help. Thanks in advance

I'm looking for suggestions on jobs that don't involve working a lot with other people. It can be any type of job, I want as many ideas as possible. I know all jobs require a least a little interaction with people, but I'm looking for jobs where you can work by yourself a majority of the time, and don't have to interact with customers or the like. Any thoughtful answers are appreciated.

I moved into a new house and opened a new telephone account. There are 5 phone jacks in this house but only one works. I called the phone company and they told me that there were 3 phone lines in the house before. They wanted to charge me $125 to make another ONE phone jack work. Is there any way that I can do by myself to save some $$$$$? Thanks a lot!

I'm 16 (turning 17) years old and I applied to work as a pharmacy technician at a local CVS yesterday. However, I just found out in my state (Massachusetts) you have to be at least 18 years old to be certified as a pharmacy technician or earn a high school diploma. So my question is are there any other pharmacy related jobs that I can do? Can I intern? I'm not really interested in the pay, I just want the experience. Thank you!

I live in Seattle, Washington, and I'm just curious how to find jobs like the ones you find on DIRTY JOBS. I'm not exactly looking for dirty and disgusting, just interested in maybe doing something that nobody else does. Something that I can get without a degree... Any websites, knowledge, or advice where to look would be great... Again I live in Seattle, and so if it's local it would be a plus! THANX! I'm going to school, I own a business with my friend designing logos for companies, I also flip houses, (buy, remodel, sell for profit) but I just want to do something no one else has done!
